AUM PRODUCER APPOINTMENTSBecoming an AUM Producer is a simple process for retail agents. Please follow the steps below: 1. Submit a copy of your Texas Resident or Non-Resident license and E&O Declarations Page to your local AUM office. 2. Download and complete the Agency Profile form and submit to your local AUM office. You may also fax your request for this form to (817) 481-0742. Upon receipt of the above items, an AUM Underwriter/Broker will contact you to assist in developing a long-term successful relationship with AUM. A Producer Agreement will be sent to you for your signature. We want to be a Partner in your success and our service to you will always be our Number One priority.
